It's been a slow TTM summer

Finally...I think this is my longest return ever!  I had obviously written this one off long ago.  I sent this off in 2011 when I started to collect cards again.  I loved the 2009 Topps set, and sent a Spring Training TTM to Omir Santos.  Omir and his wife own and operate Triple Crown Sport Academy.  Most recently, Omir is with the Indians minor league system.

Lastly, I sent mail to Michael Cuddyer.  I had been reading that he signs one card.  I sent one card, only to get it back unsigned, and it says to enjoy the enclosed baseball card.  The only one enclosed was mine!  He now does autographs for charity.  The Tigers do the same thing.  Here's the link to the Rockies charity (who signs and how much):

Catching up on TTMs

I know its been a while since my last post, but I spent all last week at all the All Star Game/Week festivities!  I will make a separate post on my experiences!  But, while I was out living it up, I got quite a few TTMs back; players must have been signing over the break.

One last letter I got the other day, was a letter back from Paul Assenmacher.  He returned my cards unsigned.  From the note that was in closed, "Due to the overwhelming amount of fan mail Mr. Assenmacher receives, he must charge for his autograph."  What?  There is an 'overwhelming' desire to have Paul Assenmacher's autograph.  I figured it was just me.
