This is why I do it...

I have been very busy, so I haven't been able to get the scans up until now, but if I'm scanning, you know that means that I got mail! And I have gotten quite a bit at the end of last week. I have decided to start targeting players who are from the Midwest (Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas), and my first one came back FAST! Thanks Andy Ashby!! I also got another personalized card from Mark Melancon...YEAH!! I also received my first cards from a minor league coach courtesy of Mark Mason and my favorite minor league club, the Iowa Cubs! Another of my football requests came back. Thank you Pat Leahy!!! Finally, I got mail back from Bobby Bonilla. This was was especially neat because he was in his prime when I was a kid watching baseball.

Another AWESOME mail day! Steve Balboni and Lou Marson were in the mail today! I was super excited for these two cards because on is a former KC Royal, and the other is my first Topps Heritage autographed card. I like those cards; they are good looking cards! Thanks Steve and Lou!!!

Woo Hoo!!! Mail this week!

I was starting to get a little discouraged, but this week, I send out a bunch of cards to MLB players who started the baseball season yesterday. I got some awesome cards from Jeff Francis, Andre Reed (2nd try!) and some great Mackey Sasser cards!! Andre Reed sent a business card.
