Jim Clancy

I decided to start doing a few TTM requests again.  I did a few for MLB and a few at home addresses.  A really quick return on some great looking cards from Jim Clancy.

Observations:

• I think 1995 Score is very underrated.  I unfortunately don't have many because they were hard to find where I lived at the time.
• I loved minor league cards in the 1990s!
• Favorite player on the page:  Sonny Gray
• Favorite card on the page:  1995 Score Mike Huff
• Card most likely to get bumped:   1990 Fleer Dan Pasqua

This was a great little PWE trade because I got a bunch of cards to help me complete sets and collections!

TCDB trade with Kaline6

I had a small reprieve  between teaching the summer semester and the continuing evolution of working in a hospital in the COVID era.  I found that I needed to get back to trading to have something to look forward to, and I'm glad I restarted; it has helped!  This trade was with Kaline6...I sent a PWE of Tigers cards his way, and I got some oldies but goodies in return!

2020 Topps Series 2

Well, I finally got my hands on some 2020 Topps Series 2.  It was an ok blaster box; several Royals and Cubs, as well the rookie of the moment, Luis Robert.

Mega Collection 532-540

Observations:

• Hard to pick a favorite player on this page...Trout and Mauer are both good candidates
• I know I'm been bumping a lot of modern day cards lately, but its hard for them to compete with cards that have sentimental value
• Favorite player on the page:  Mike Trout
• Favorite card on the page:  1989 Score Mike Gallego
• Card most likely to get bumped:   2018 Topps Lance McCullers

Mega Collection 523-531

Mega Collection 523-531

Observations:

• 2/3 through the main 792 set!
• It was always weird to see Jack Clark in a Padres uni, but a nice card and photo from a game at Wrigley
• I loved the 1st round draft picks when Topps put them in the main set
• The Silva card is foil before foil was cool
• Favorite player on the page:  Gary Carter
• Favorite card on the page:  1993 Donruss Bob Zupcic
• Card most likely to get bumped:   2011 Topps Vernon Wells
